Francisco has been involved with the pro-life movement since 2006.

In 2007, he became the president of the campus pro-life group at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Throughout that year, he planned many activities; the one that moved him the most was a presentation by Jose Ruba of CCBR that inspired him to become a pro-life activist.

Upon graduation, Francisco was hired by Thunder Bay Right to Life as their Project Manager. Then in February 2010, he attended CCBR’s Genocide Awareness Project tour in Florida. After experiencing, firsthand, the effectiveness of this outreach, Francisco joined CCBR as a full-time staff member.

Francisco holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from Lakehead University. He is the "Choice" Chain Director for CCBR.
