To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to be on record as fully and unequivocally endorsing the mission of the Canadian Center for Bioethical Reform because I have seen the effectiveness of their work and believe wholeheartedly in the need to bring the truth about abortion to the consciousness of all people.

The United Nations estimates that surgical abortion alone accounts for the yearly destruction of approximately 55 million totally innocent children around the world. This is not a phenomenon about which we can remain neutral as Christians. Indeed, it is a matter of the greatest urgency for all men and women of good will.

In my capacity as an international pro-life missionary I have seen first-hand how the photos of the reality of abortion actually transform people from fence-sitters to apostles sent out to end this massive evil.

I have shown the CBR and CCBR pictures all over the world—even to groups in China—and have found that this is really the only means of breaking through the numbing totalitarianism of the abortion culture. I consider the use of such pictures to be fully in line with our Christian Faith and a spiritual work of mercy. I might add that Roman Catholicism’s history of using graphic images to bring people to devotion—and conversion—is well-established.

Please accept this opinion not just as the attitude of one person but as the official stance of the whole Human Life International family in eighty countries of the world.
